Better SuperVision

Better SuperVision© is a comprehensive learning process designed to equip supervisors with leadership skills that will help create a safe, productive and motivated workforce. This unique learning program is offered through the Nova Scotia Construction Sector Council and was designed and developed by industry based on:

• Supervisory competencies defined by excellence within our industry
• Needs identified by the purchasers of unionized construction service
• Capturing the input and expertise of trades people in the construction process
• Creating opportunities to continuously improve quality of work procedures
• Jobsite safety being a priority and effectively supervised action item
• Achieving goals that meet and exceed project schedules and budgets
